A delegation from the Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture, consisting of Professor Ivanna Bodnar, Academician Nataliya Sorokolit, and Associate Professors Viktoriya Pasichnyk and Andrii Mandiuk, as part of the project «Learning by Moving! Innovative and Interdisciplinary Teaching Methods in Preschool and Primary Education», held master classes in the capital of Poland, Warsaw, on April 11 and 12, introducing partners to the combined methodology «Movement – Coordination – Learning».
As part of the project «Learning by Moving! Innovative and Interdisciplinary Teaching Methods in Preschool and Primary Education» within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, from April 6 to 13, master classes were held in Warsaw by representatives of three project participants:
- University of Warsaw («Learning and Moving»);
- The Maria Grzegorzewska University («Move to Learn»).
- Ivan Bobersky Lviv State University of Physical Culture («Movement-Coordination-Learning»).
Colleagues from the University of Warsaw proposed a number of approaches to developing cognitive processes using fine motor skills exercises, as well as tasks for thinking and attention. The master classes also included an introduction to the university’s research base.
Representatives of the Maria Grzegorzewska University demonstrated a methodology for working with children with delayed physical development and certain disorders of the central nervous system. Following the master classes, all participants were tested on the theoretical components of the «Move to Learn» method.
Representatives of the Ivan Boberskyi LSUPC (Professor Ivanna Bodnar, Academician Nataliya Sorokolit, Associate Professors Viktoriya Pasichnyk and Andrii Mandiuk) held a two-day master class for project partners on April 11 and 12 to familiarize themselves with the combined methodology «Movement – Coordination – Learning».
The master class was held at the Maria Grzegorzewska University and included a demonstration of physical exercises aimed at developing a number of competencies. The master class included a demonstration of a wide range of exercises using modern equipment and tools that help optimize the content of various forms of physical education in modern conditions.
