Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture continues to expand international academic mobility opportunities for its students.

We are delighted to announce that Ms. Iryna Horbach – Master’s student in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (Programme Subject Area I7), Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, and Ms. Anastasiia Haievska – Master’s student in Management (Programme Subject Area D3), Faculty of Postgraduate and Distance Education, have been successfully selected to receive an Erasmus+ KA171 scholarship for study mobility at University “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti–Pescara (Italy).
During the autumn semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, both students will study at one of Italy’s leading universities, gaining valuable international academic experience, learning about European educational practices, and proudly representing both Ukraine and our university abroad.
This achievement marks a significant milestone, as it is the first time in the University’s history that LSUPC students will participate in an Erasmus+ academic mobility programme in Italy.
Previously, LSUPC students successfully completed Erasmus+ study mobilities in Poland, particularly at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw and the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences in Jelenia Góra.
This new opportunity has become possible thanks to the recently signed Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement between Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture and University “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti–Pescara.
We sincerely thank our colleagues from Italy for their trust, cooperation, and support. We believe that this successful beginning will lay the foundation for a long-lasting partnership, further academic exchanges, and new international initiatives between our institutions.
Congratulations to Ms. Iryna Horbach and Ms. Anastasiia Haievska on their successful selection! We wish them every success, unforgettable experiences, and fruitful studies in Italy.
We invite you to join the official pages of our university on social networks!
