An online meeting of the participants of the project «Historical Residences 2.0: The Ukrainian Factor in the History of Glorious Victories» was held. The meeting was moderated by Hlib Fishchenko, Attaché of the Strategic Communications Division of the Department of Public Diplomacy and Strategic Communications of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
On March 11, representatives of the Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture who took part in the meeting included Andrii Sova – Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Humanities and Olympic Education, and Pavlo Kucher – Candidate of Geographical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism, Acting Head of the International Relations Office.
During the meeting, participants discussed practical steps for the implementation of the project, in particular the organization of research visits to partner countries, possible support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in terms of transportation, as well as issues related to logistical support and the duration of researchers’ stays.
The meeting became a logical continuation of the university’s international cooperation following the visit to the Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture by a delegation of the Republic of Slovenia headed by Aleš Musar and Mateja Prevolšek, during which the figure and legacy of Ivan Boberskyi were discussed.
