From June 28 to July 11, 2026, the Ukraine U-19 national football team will compete in the final tournament of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship, which will take place in Wales.
We are especially proud that Ukraine U-19 head coach Dmytro Mykhailenko has included two second-year students of Ivan Boberskyi Lviv State University of Physical Culture in the squad: goalkeeper Nazar Domchak (Slavia Prague) and defender Yuriy Kokodyniak (Karpaty Lviv).
During the group stage, Ukraine will compete in Group B alongside Croatia, Serbia, and Italy.

June 29 (Matchday 1)
- Croatia vs Ukraine — 22:00
July 2 (Matchday 2)
- Serbia vs Ukraine — 20:00
July 5 (Matchday 3)
- Ukraine vs Italy — 18:00
Group A consists of Denmark, Spain, Wales, and Germany.
At the end of the group stage, the top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals and automatically qualify for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup, which will be hosted by Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.
An additional World Cup berth will be decided in a play-off match between the teams that finish third in their respective groups.
The semi-finals and the play-off for the additional World Cup qualification spot will be played on July 8, while the tournament final is scheduled for July 11.
